CARBON ELECTRODE

Carbon rod (electrode) for dry cell battery is a rod made of high purity carbon often used as an electrode where heat resistance and resistance to chemicals is needed. Carbon rods are made of a specific type of carbon known as graphite. Wax impregnated is necessary to have plugged type or certain venting type as needed by battery type.
